Azerbaijan hit the jackpot with its revenues from petroleum coke and bitumen exports, as petroleum coke earnings skyrocketed, more than doubling even though the volume took a hit. Bitumen exports shot through the roof, demonstrating a remarkable leap in both value and quantity compared to last year.
